Emerging Opto-Electronics Lab.

We aims at investigating and developing novel opto-electronic materials and devices for next-generation internet of things (IoT) applications. We will solve the issues of conventional electronic devices, and enhance reliability, performance, and productivity. Finally, we integrate the developed opto-electronic devices on a monolithic system with multifunctionality. This technology will provide a new research platform for next-generation flexible/wearable electronics such as memories, sensors, displays, electronic skins for human-machine interface (HMI).
